The rise and fall of America's worst Christian pop band.
When Pastor Jerry gets some potentially devastating medical
news, he decides to reach his rebellious teen son Eli before
it's too late. He aims to start a "positive Christian band"
that will keep his son headed down the right path - the one
that leads away from eternity in hellfire.
Jerry assembles Zak, Cara, Ty, and Gloria - four young people
with varying degrees of musical talent. The group decides upon
the name Cross My Heart and their first single "Save The
World!" takes off on multiple radio formats.
Under the glare of the spotlight the band starts to crack, bringing
Cross My Heart to its inevitable demise.
